Sun Bear organizes all campaign data, activities and tools in a single integrated platform allowing marketers to easily create, execute and manage both simple and complex campaigns.

• Assign and track campaign owners, start and end dates, budgeted costs, expected revenues and goals.
• Create and track campaign activities, activity owners, due dates, statuses and other relevant activity information.
• Prospects and customers can be segmented, selected and assigned to campaigns based on any attribute stored in the database.
• Campaigns may have multiple event or date driven activities such as send email, queue calls, print letters, etc.

Our campaign activity manager allows users to schedule, execute and manage executable activities such as sending emails, queuing calls, printing letters and exporting mail files.

• Executable activities may be run manually or automatically based on status and absolute or calculated Statuses may be updated by applicable owner, or automatically in the case of executed activities.
• Campaign activities may be multi-stage, recurring; date or event triggered.
• Campaigns may have an unlimited number of activities.
• Set budgets, actual costs, revenue and lead goals at the individual activity level.
