Call Campaigns

Create outbound call activities within campaigns to target prospects and customers. Associate scripts and surveys at the activity level and ensure consistent messaging and gathering of relevant qualification information.

• Build call queues by selecting prospects based on prospect attributes, or dynamically based on prospect activity or event triggers.
• Queues may be assigned dynamically to inside sales/call reps based on territories, interests, etc. and reassigned where appropriate.
• All completed survey information automatically updates the relevant fields in the prospect record.
• Users may set next actions, next action dates and times, etc. or have actions automatically determined based on information gathered in the survey.
• Managers and users can track call results including attempts, voicemails, conversations, etc.
