Targeting the right message to the right prospect is fundamental to the success of any marketing campaign.

Users can build targeted lists for campaigns based on prospect demographics, interests, activity or any data stored in the database. Precise targeting allows organizations to send relevant messages to prospects at the right time.

  • Demographics - Use any demographic information contained in the prospect profile.
  • Product Interest - Use products the prospect has shown an interest in.
  • Survey Responses - Use the responses to any survey question.
  • Prospect Behavior - Use prospect behavior such as click-throughs or website activity.

Prospects may be manually added to a campaign in bulk by querying the database based on any prospect attribute(s) and adding the results to the campaign or they may by automatically added to a campaign based on prospect activity such as email response, form completed, web page visited, etc.

> List Filters - Marketers may employ multiple selection criteria to create complex selects. Selects may be run multiple times without adding duplicates to your campaign.

> Save Filter Criteria - Our segmentation process allows marketing groups to save list criteria and re-use for new campaigns and/or adapt as required.
