Sun Bear's import tool allows users to clean, map, de-dupe and import prospect lists. Users can choose to append, overwrite or ignore values for merged records ensuring the quality of the prospect database. Scheduled imports can be setup to automatically import data from 3rd party systems or databases.

The import process automatically seeks to match the file to the existing database. New records are added to the database. Matched records are merged at the attribute level, depending on the merge rule defined in the spec for the attribute.

Imports may be added and processed manually by selecting a file, uploading and executing the import process, or automatically using the scheduler. The scheduler can be set to (at specified times) automatically pickup a file from our ftp site and import.
