Score responses based on prospect activity or information provided by the prospect. Aggregate scores, automate responses and determination of next actions based on the score. For instance a lead with a high score may be routed directly to sales, a medium score added to a nurturing campaign and a low score closed and no further action taken.

> Information Provided - Sun Bear allows answers to questions in survey/forms to be scored and aggregated to determine a total score for the response. For instance BANT (Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline) questions could be used to score and qualify a response.

> Prospect Activity - Based on prospect activity such as visits to web pages, email click throughs/opens, etc. a prospect may be assigned a score. Like the answers to questions each individual score is aggregated and a total score assigned to the response.

For instance:

Activities - We may set the score of opening the email to 10 and the score of a click through to 25.
Response Information - We may set the value of the individual answers as:

Favorite Color:
Blue 50
Yellow 40
Green 30
None 0

A respondent that opened the email, clicked on two links and filled out the survey, answering that their favorite color was green would receive a lead score of 90.
