Response ScoringHosted Marketing Automation & Lead Generation Score responses based on prospect activity or information provided by the prospect. Aggregate scores, automate responses and determination of next actions based on the score. For instance a lead with a high score may be routed directly to sales, a medium score added to a nurturing campaign and a low score closed and no further action taken.
For instance: Activities - We may set the score of opening the email to 10 and the score of a click through to 25.
Favorite Color: A respondent that opened the email, clicked on two links and filled out the survey, answering that their favorite color was green would receive a lead score of 90. |
