• Campaign List Assignment - Prospects and customers may be segmented, selected and assigned to campaigns based on any attribute stored in the database.
• Multiple Activities - Campaigns may have multiple event or date driven activities such as send email, queue calls, print letters, etc.
• Execute Activities - Executable activities may be run manually or automatically based on status and absolute or calculated dates. Statuses may be updated by the applicable owner, or automatically in the case of executed activities.
