Our Campaign Management functionality allows marketers to plan and execute multi-channel, multi-stage personalized marketing campaigns to targeted prospects and customers.

Marketing groups can segment, select and assign prospects to campaigns based on any attributes in the database.

Users can create and execute campaign activities such as sending emails, creating call queues, printing letters, etc. as well as assign surveys, email, email templates, letter templates, etc to the relevant campaign activities.

By setting execution days and or wait days (number of days to wait from the previous activity) users can schedule automated, sequenced execution of their campaign activities.

For example, the system will automatically execute the following six steps until the prospect is engaged, qualified and added to the sales pipeline.

  • Direct Mail - send an introduction letter.
  • Email - wait 7 days and send email directing prospect back to web contact form.
  • Call - wait 3 days and queue an outbound call attempt.
  • Call - wait 1 day and queue second outbound call attempt.
  • Call - wait 1 day and queue third outbound call attempt.
  • Email - wait 3 days and send final email directing prospect back to web contact form.
