Sun Bear provides the access and tools for sales staff to manage their leads through to sales. Lead recipients can access new or existing leads via the web by logging into the application. Access to information is restricted to the particular sales person's assigned leads. All information associated with the lead or account can be viewed and updated. Sales recipients can choose to accept, reject or reassign leads. Sales managers can receive automated notification of acceptance, rejection or reassignment.

  • Provide Feedback - Recipients can gather sales information such as stage, value, close date, etc. All information is automatically tied back to the prospect and can be used for ROI analysis, as selection criteria for subsequent campaigns, etc.
  • Maintain a Dialog - Sales staff can continue their dialog with the prospect through email, phone or mail. All interactions with the prospect are automatically tracked by the system.
  • Schedule Next Actions - Lead Recipients can schedule next actions, action owners and next action dates ensuring that no opportunities fall out of the pipeline.
  • Track Results - Sales reps can track the status of their leads overtime. Sales Managers and Marketing may view the status of all leads for all staff.
